The first nine years Debbie juggled two full time careers but after 20+ years with DuPont, in March, 1997, she chose to devote all of her time and effort to her Real Estate career. Debbie’s last positions at DuPont were Product Representative and Contract Administrator. Not only did she market & price DuPont products; she handled multi-million dollar proposal and contract negotiations. This background and her extensive Real Estate experience has prepared her to best represent her client’s interest.

Temetris has been a Realtor for 14 years. Her extensive experience has allowed her to work with clients that have different goals: investors, retirees, growing families looking for their second home…but she especially enjoys working with First Time Home Buyers. She facilitates Homebuyer Seminars with State Approved Homebuyer Counseling Agencies. With her vast knowledge of available programs, dedication, patience, and attention to their specific needs. She’s able to help them to overcome any and all uncertainties about one of the many milestones in their lives.

A New Jersey native, Peggy came to Delaware in 2005, but has also lived in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. Licensed 9 years in DE, MD, PA & NJ, she is able to also help with the difficult transition of moving from one state to another with patience & understanding. Her professionalism & compassion are her most noticeable character traits.
Laura focusses her attention on her buyer’s concerns and ensures that they are comfortable at each stage of the home buying process. She understands that this process can be a bit overwhelming and she is intent on making sure that her clients are comfortable and well informed during each step. Whether it is buying your first home, investing, or buying your forever home, it is her goal to make her buyers “clients for life.”
Originally from WV, Laura has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with a major in Management from Marshall University. She relocated to Delaware after getting married in 1998 and resides with her husband Raleigh and their two children Zoë and Raleigh, III in Newark.
John is a very active listener and has an engaging personality. His interactions are always about the client’s needs and he will work hard to find the right fit for them. He is very adept at translating the client’s wish list into properties in order to fulfill those wishes. His clients will never feel rushed or uninformed.
John is a Delaware native who graduated from St. Mark’s High School. He played baseball at the University of Delaware before transferring to Temple University to finalize his B.S. in Biology. While working full-time and raising a family, John earned his MBA from Wilmington University. He and his family reside in Newark and are very active in the community. John’s wife, Lisa, is a Principal at a local high school where their two children attend.
Leanne is a life-long Delaware resident and from her career with DuPont, in the physical, biological and analytical science fields, she has been instilled with a disciplined and dedicated work ethic that required thinking through, thinking ahead and finding resolutions.
Her decision to enter real estate is based on her love of home ownership, the thrill of finding that perfect home and her desire to make her client’s experience more of excitement and less of the emotional up-an-downs and the many frustrations that can commonly occur.
Believing each client has unique needs, wants and reasons for purchasing a home, she learns and focuses on those needs and understands that what they thought they may have wanted in the beginning can easily evolve and change through the purchasing experience.
