The first ten years Debbie juggled two full time careers but after 20+ years with DuPont, in March,1997, she chose to devote all of her time and effort to her Real Estate career. Debbie’s last positions at DuPont were Product Representative and Contract Administrator. Not only did she market & price DuPont products; she handled multi-million-dollar proposal and contract negotiations. This background and her extensive Real Estate experience has prepared her to best represent her client’s interest.

John Ueltzhoffer
John’s diverse background makes him a huge asset to our team and a benefit to our clients. He began his career working in the construction industry, from apprentice roles, where he learned to be proficient in many construction trades, to design and management of large projects, as a general contractor, and then as Vice President of a company that developed and built properties in the tri-state area. John’s background provides a unique perspective to home buying and selling. John later joined the corporate world in a global manufacturing company. Over the last 20+ years with this company he has expanded his business sense, leadership experience, and built lasting relationships with his colleagues.
John is a very active listener and has an engaging personality. His interactions are always about the client’s needs and he will work hard to find the right fit for them. He is very adept at translating the client’s wish list into properties in order to fulfill those wishes. His clients will never feel rushed or uninformed.
John is a Delaware native who graduated from St. Mark’s High School. He played baseball at the University of Delaware before transferring to Temple University to finalize his B.S. in Biology. While working full-time and raising a family, John earned his MBA from Wilmington University. He and his family reside in Newark and are very active in the community. John’s wife, Lisa, is a Principal at a local high school where their two children attend.

Sharlyn Curran
Shar’s goal is to make your real estate journey as smooth as possible—whether you’re buying your first home or selling your third. After over 30 years in the corporate banking world wearing many hats, including roles as a Personal Financial Advisor, and a Senior Loan Officer at Wilmington Trust and M&T Bank, she developed a strong foundation in finance.

Zeph Fulton
Zeph has over 25 years in the Real Estate Investment Market and continually strives to improve her client’s real estate experience through never ending industry education.
