The first nine years Debbie juggled two full time careers but after 20+ years with DuPont, in March, 1997, she
chose to devote all of her time and effort to her Real Estate career. Debbie's last positions at DuPont were
Product Representative and Contract Administrator. Not only did she market & price DuPont products; she handled
multi-million dollar proposal and contract negotiations. This background and her extensive Real Estate experience
has prepared her to best represent her client's interest.

Temetris has been a Realtor for 12 years. Her extensive experience has allowed her to work with clients
that have different goals: investors, retirees, growing families looking for their second home...but she
especially enjoys working with First Time Home Buyers. She facilitates Homebuyer Seminars with State
Approved Homebuyer Counseling Agencies. With her vast knowledge of available programs, dedication,
patience, and attention to their specific needs. She's able to help them to overcome any and all
uncertainties about one of the many milestones in their lives.

A New Jersey native, Peggy came to Delaware in 2005, but has also lived in Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
Licensed 8 years in DE, MD, PA & NJ, she is able to also help with the difficult transition of moving from one state
to another with patience & understanding. Her professionalism & compassion are her most noticeable character traits.
As a Buyer Specialist, Laura brings a warm friendly approach in establishing a strong relationship with her
clients. She provides a customized client experience with all of her buyers and ensures that her clients needs
and concerns are understood in the early stages . With an extensive background in customer service and sales
she understands the importance of working closely with her clients and always listens to their needs to
ensure that she finds a home that they will truly love.
Laura focusses her attention on her buyer’s concerns and ensures that they are comfortable at each stage of
the home buying process. She understands that this process can be a bit overwhelming and she is intent on
making sure that her clients are comfortable and well informed during each step. Whether it is buying
your first home, investing, or buying your forever home, it is her goal to make her buyers "clients for life."
Originally from WV, Laura has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with a major in Management from
Marshall University. She relocated to Delaware after getting married in 1998 and resides with her
husband Raleigh and their two children Zoë and Raleigh, III in Newark.
Donna Falkowski is the Transaction Coordinator for the team and is the person who keeps the office running smoothly.
She is very organized and detail oriented, which is the most important trait for her position. She handles all the
paperwork for the team and assists them in getting things to settlement. Her efficiency in the office allows the
Lead Agent and the Buyer Specialists to concentrate their time and efforts on the needs of their clients.
In addition to handling work behind the scenes, Donna is also a licensed agent, so when you call the office she will
be sure to get you an answer in a timely manner.
Donna has lived in Delaware since 1980, after relocating here from New Jersey, allowing her to have expansive knowledge
of the Tri State Area.
John’s diverse background makes him a huge asset to our team and a benefit to our clients. He began
his career working in the construction industry, from apprentice roles, where he learned to be proficient
in many construction trades, to design and management of large projects, as a general contractor, and then
as Vice President of a company that developed and built properties in the tri-state area. John’s background
provides a unique perspective to home buying and selling. John later joined the corporate world in a global
manufacturing company. Over the last 20+ years with this company he has expanded his business sense,
leadership experience, and built lasting relationships with his colleagues.
John is a very active listener and has an engaging personality. His interactions are always about the
client’s needs and he will work hard to find the right fit for them. He is very adept at translating
the client’s wish list into properties in order to fulfill those wishes. His clients will never feel
rushed or uninformed.
John is a Delaware native who graduated from St. Mark’s High School. He played baseball at the University
of Delaware before transferring to Temple University to finalize his B.S. in Biology. While working full-time
and raising a family, John earned his MBA from Wilmington University. He and his family reside in Newark
and are very active in the community. John’s wife, Lisa, is a Principal at a local high school where their
two children attend.
It is no coincidence that Kristin Snyder has become a local buyer’s expert. For Kristin, it is truly personal.
She was born and raised here and raised her three children here.
Educated in Business at the University of Delaware and Widener, she enjoyed a successful career as a DuPont
business executive. She continuously gives back to the surrounding communities, volunteering for programs
like Habitat for Humanity and the Wounded Warrior Project. Kristin has a vested interest in the betterment
of her community.
As a local buying expert, she takes each transaction on a very personal level, so her clients can acclimate to
the area she has loved to call home her whole life. Her extraordinarily warm and compassionate nature will

Leanne brings to the team her personal commitment to making every client feel as if they are the only
one and knowing honesty and transparency will create a trusting and dedicated client relationship.
Leanne is a life-long Delaware resident and from her career with DuPont, in the physical, biological and
analytical science fields, she has been instilled with a disciplined and dedicated work ethic that required
thinking through, thinking ahead and finding resolutions.
Her decision to enter real estate is based on her love of home ownership, the thrill of finding that perfect
home and her desire to make her client’s experience more of excitement and less of the emotional up-an-downs
and the many frustrations that can commonly occur.
Believing each client has unique needs, wants and reasons for purchasing a home, she learns and focuses on
those needs and understands that what they thought they may have wanted in the beginning can easily evolve
